The investment for the challenge is Php3,500.
This covers the guided program and coaching during the 14 days.
The CGM sensor is purchased separately.
After registration, participants will receive an affiliate link to order the recommended device so everyone uses the same brand during the challenge.
The first and second cohorts will be limited to 15 participants per cohort so I can personally guide everyone during the challenge.

Not at all. The device connects to a simple phone app and instructions will be provided during the orientation.
Yes. This is a guided challenge with orientation, experiment prompts, and support so participants can understand their glucose patterns and apply what they learn.
